Instagram Catch Up

What a crazy two weeks it's been. Normally I would post an Instagram round-up weekly but last week I was without internet or signal Wednesday to Monday! Better late than never, I guess.

I have exams all this week so will be back to regular blogging at the beginning of February.

Instagram Catch Up

After #Blogmas, blogging has taken a back seat in my life because I have a lot of revision to do and it is driving me insane! I've tried to maintain a workout schedule too but I tailed off towards the end of this week because of the amount of work I've had to do! Bonjour 2016!

I'm beyond excited to start 2016; I'm one of those people who loves the fresh start. Yes, I know you can have a fresh start at any time of the year but for me, it's the most ideal time to reflect on the past year and look forward to the upcoming year! 

I'm also a huge believer in goal setting. Having something to aim for helps me focus and keeps me on track with my progress. I like to make a mixture of resolutions, from health and fitness to blogging, baking to organisation. I tend to make lots of smaller goals rather than a few larger goal as I feel I get demotivated. 

Fitness
Stick to my workout schedule and workout 5 time a week at least
Workout at least three times a week as soon as  wake up
Walk for 30 minutes a day minimum
Attend more fitness classes
Add in more HIIT workouts
Yoga every night before bed
Practice the splits every night before bed
Take up running and complete at least one run by the end of the year

Health
Eat bigger meals so I snack less!
Drink at least 2 litres of water every day
Drink a glass of water every morning when I wake up
Lose 8lbs by half term (that's in 5 weeks time!)
Weigh-in and take measurements every Friday morning
Use MyFitnessPal to track my food
Start meditating once a week

Wellbeing
Remain positive
Only have healthy relationships with people
Declutter everything
Learn more baking recipes!
Journal every Sunday night to reflect on the past week
Treat myself to a proper pamper night once a month
Exfoliate weekly and use a face mask once a week too

Blogging
Maintain a schedule
Go to a blogger meet-up
Take more photos and improve my photo quality!
Create a media kit
Get my head around analytics and monetising
Expand with social media by setting up a Facebook page and possibly a seperate Twitter/Instagram
Collaborate with other bloggers and brands

Miscellaneous
Travel around the UK more
Get a full-time job in March when my NCTJ course finishes!
Manicure every Sunday night!
Use my train commutes more productively
Get dressed and ready on my days off rather than staying in my PJs all day long
Get my daily routines streamlined!
PLAN, PLAN, PLAN!

Phew! I am tired from typing those all out! Having these in the public domain might spur me on to achieve them!
