Bikini Series 2016: Week 4


I have a confession to make: I skipped week 3. I was feeling like poop and just needed some time to myself. However, after 9 days without working out, I got back on the horse on Monday and was pleased with how week 4 went! See what went on:



I needed to give myself some much needed motivation so might have spent a bit too long on Google looking for inspirational quotes.

Monday
AMWO: BB4 Cardio Flow + Legs For Days

Tuesday
AMWO: BB4 HIIT Me Up
PMWO: Nearly 15,000 steops!

Wednesday
Active rest day: nearly 15,000 steps!


Thursday
AMWO: BB4 Cardio Abs + Rock Your Body
PMWP: -

Friday
AMWO: -
PMWO: BB4 Rock Your Body + BB4 Upper Body Total Toner + TIU Band WO


Saturday
AMWO: BB4 Beach Booty + Booty On The Bae
PMWO: -

Sunday
Rest day

All in all, there was only really Sunday that I didn't do any workouts on. Despite being away from home on Tuesday and Wednesday, I got in a quick workout on Tuesday morning before travelling and spent the two days walking around Meadowhall and my friend and I shopped until we dropped!

Goals for Week 5

  • Add in more cardio
  • Do all BB4 workouts set
  • Add in 5 Daily Moves + extra TIU workouts when I can
  • Less sugary snacks and more protein
  • Only one rest day this week!

  1. You've done so great :) Even though, you might have skipped some workouts, you can be really proud! Sometimes it's even better to take a little break, so you're motivated more afterwards.
    How do you like the challenge so far? :) Happy with your progress? xx

    1. Yeah I'd just had a manic couple of weeks and needed to chill out! I'm loving the challenge so far. I'm not thrilled with my progress but considering I haven't been as committed to it as I'd like to be, I can't really be surprised! xx
