Bikini Series 2016 Week 4 Round 2

Confession time: I had a rest week. I was so mentally and physically drained that I took some time for myself to just chill out! I mean I love working out but sometimes it's important to rest. So because I skipped a week, I thought it would be a good idea to go back and do week 4!



Monday
AMWO: Cardio Flow + Legs For Days

Tuesday

PMWO: HIIT Me Up + Burn It Up HIIT

Wednesday/Thursday
Rest days


Friday
AMWO: Upper Body Total Toner
PMWO: Tush It Good + Beach Bod

Saturday
Rest day

Sunday
AMWO: -
PMWO: Total Body Tone Up

I only had one day where I had a double workout which is not ideal. I'm working Monday-Friday this week so want to workout every day before work. I'm also thinking about going to a Clubbercise class with my mum on Tuesday although I'm not entirely sure yet!

Goals for the week:
  • Fit in 5 AMWOs
  • PMWOs on as many days as possible
  • Drink more water!
