My Fitness Journey: Week 7

I have been really bad this week. I’ve done no exercise and eaten a lot of junk food. I’ve been so busy with exams that exercise has pretty much fallen right off the agenda. The only bit of exercise that I’ve done was a ballet barre workout on Thursday night for about 45 minutes. I’m so disappointed with myself but ultimately, my exams must come first. The good news is my last exam is on Tuesday and then I will be fully focused on my health and fitness goals!  ...

My Fitness Journey: Week 6

I’ve been pretty committed to my health and fitness this week: I’ve kept a food/workout journal, limited my junk food and worked out most days. As well as this, I’ve finished all of my notes for my exam on Thursday in advance! Monday: Started my week off with a bang. My Fitness Journey: Week 5

This week has pretty much been a write-off. I’ve been so busy trying to revise that fitness has basically gone out of the window. I’ve been pretty focused for the past four weeks and have undone all that good work in just one week! With the arrival of my new Tone It Up Bikini Journal, I’m basically going to start a fresh tomorrow.
