PMWO: HIIT Me Up + Burn It Up HIIT
PMWO: Total Body Tone Up
I only had one day where I had a double workout which is not ideal. I’m working Monday-Friday this week so want to workout every day before work. I’m also thinking about going to a Clubbercise class with my mum on Tuesday although I’m not entirely sure yet!
Goals for the week:
- Fit in 5 AMWOs
- PMWOs on as many days as possible
- Drink more water!
