All in all, there was only really Sunday that I didn’t do any workouts on. Despite being away from home on Tuesday and Wednesday, I got in a quick workout on Tuesday morning before travelling and spent the two days walking around Meadowhall and my friend and I shopped until we dropped!
Goals for Week 5
- Add in more cardio
- Do all BB4 workouts set
- Add in 5 Daily Moves + extra TIU workouts when I can
- Less sugary snacks and more protein
- Only one rest day this week!
