Tone It Up Spring Warm Up: Week 4
Week 4 was a fresh start for me. After 3 weeks of being demotivated, I was determined to get back on track and workout every day this week. Here’s how I got on:

AMWO: Burn It Up + Body Bliss

Overall, I was happy that I worked out 5 days this week. I was annoyed with myself on Friday for not working out but I woke up with the worst migraine so just had an afternoon walk. On Sunday, I also took a walk with my dad just for fresh air mostly!
This week, I’m going to kick ass. It’s going to be a mental week in terms of fitness. I aren’t getting any extra shifts at work so I’m only working Saturdays. That means I have every day off to workout. Here’s the plan for this week:

I got tired just writing all of my workouts out! I doubt I will do every single workout on there but I want to get as many done as humanely possible! I also want to keep a food and fitness journal properly so I can see where my weaknesses are. Fingers crossed!
