Tone It Up Spring Warm Up: Week 5
First week of my new plan started off great; however I think I gave myself far too many workouts to fit in! I thought I have a lot of spare time on my hands with me only working one day a week but I’ve found that with everything else going on in my life right now, I actually don’t! Here’s a look at my weekly workouts:

I’ve made the executive decision to not do the #30DayPilatesBody anymore and just fit in LG routines when I have extra spare time. I really want to focus on being a Tone It Up girl as the Bikini Series starts very soon and I want to really get into it this year!
I want to make sure I get moving every day of the week. I seem to take weekends off from workouts but I’d like to at least incorporate a long walk in the countryside so I’m getting fresh air and a low intensity workout.
I also want to try and incorporate a yoga routine and foam rolling into my Sunday nights as I think it would be a great way to unwind as well as get more AMWOs in because I was seriously lacking this week!
I also thought I’d share my excitement about the upcoming Bikini Series with you all. It starts on 25th April on Tone It Up and I’m really looking forward to giving it a proper go this year. I’ve dipped in and out in the past but I’m determined to give it my all this time around! If you follow me on Instagram, you will see there is a huge group of TIU UK girls. Honestly it’s a great way to get motivated and share your journey with other like-minded people!
