Happy New Year everyone!
I’m beyond excited to start 2016; I’m one of those people who loves the fresh start. Yes, I know you can have a fresh start at any time of the year but for me, it’s the most ideal time to reflect on the past year and look forward to the upcoming year!
I’m also a huge believer in goal setting. Having something to aim for helps me focus and keeps me on track with my progress. I like to make a mixture of resolutions, from health and fitness to blogging, baking to organisation. I tend to make lots of smaller goals rather than a few larger goal as I feel I get demotivated.
