It’s been about a month since I last posted a Sunday Diaries post but sometimes, life just happens! This week in particular has been crazy busy, being the last working week of 2021 and all. I think I’ve done more work this month than ever before! Let’s get stuck in to the Sunday Diaries 011 then.
2021 REFLECTION
I always love the end of a year. Mostly because I love Christmas. However, reflecting on the year is always a fun task for me. I could sit down for hours and journal about the highlights and lowlights of the year. It usually leads me to making some changes and setting my goals for 2022 too. I’ve yet to nail down my goals just yet but have tonnes of ideas. It’s going to be a big year for in life and business so stay tuned. I’ll be sharing them at the start of January on my blog!
BUSIEST WEEK OF THE YEAR
This week has been A LOT. I think I’ve done more work this week than I have the entire year! Maybe not the year but it feels like it. I’ve had my highest month of income since I started my business back in September 2020. It’s definitely not as much as I’d like but I’m on the right track. Again, I have big plans for 2022 and have already worked out how much new work I can fit in during quarter 1.
PAMPER TIME
To celebrate the end of 2021 and quarter 4, I had a couple of treatments this week. After getting my wintery nails done, I then went to get dermaplaning for the first time since the summer. My skin always feels so much better afterwards and I can’t believe how much my skin has improved. I’ll definitely be upping my treatments in 2022!
PRETTY LITTLE LIARS REWATCH
I know it’s problematic but it’s been so long since I watched this show. Despite it being full of surprises (I still forget about most twists and turns), it’s really funny in places! I’ve just started season 2 and I forgot how good this show was. It’s a massive guilty pleasure of mine and is amongst my fave shows of all time!
UNCERTAINTY OF 2022
I’m really looking forward to the New Year but I’m still feeling uneasy about everything. I’ve got my booster booked for Wednesday, have zero Christmas plans and am giving serious thought about cancelling my London trip. I’m due to go in a couple of weeks’ time but I’ll lose a lot of money if I don’t go. It’s such a dilemma because I don’t want another lockdown but I don’t feel safe living my little village to travel to London!
So that’s the last Sunday Diaries for 2021. I’ll be trying to publish a lot more often next year and have my content planned on a calendar already. This blog will cover mostly entertainment topics as well as my usual monthly goals and personal posts. Enjoyed the Sunday Diaries 011? Expect more of the same in 2022!
