what-ive-watched-in-march-and-april-header

I watch a lot of telly, it’s a fact. My friends are always surprised when I say just how quickly I can whizz through a box set! You’ll soon see below that this time around, I haven’t watched as much. This is a mixture of not being in the mood to watching series that have tonnes of episodes! Following my January and February recap, here’s what I’ve watched in March and April.

You’ll see that I often have a mixture of shows on the go at any one time. I like to have something on DVD for times when I need to use my laptop in the evening as well as something on each streaming platform. I also like to rewatch the same shows over again instead of starting brand new ones!

DVD

Grey’s Anatomy seasons 3-7

Grey’s Anatomy is a show that takes quite a while to get through as most seasons are 20-25 episodes long. I’ve just finished season 7 with the awful musical episode and aren’t mentally prepared for season 8 yet. If you’ve seen it before, you’ll know why!

BBC IPLAYER

Line of Duty s1-6

I’m sure I’ve seen the odd episodes before but I decided to whizz through all first five series and finished with just hours to spare before series six started! I’m going to miss the Tedisms, Steve’s waistcoats (and face) and Kate’s bone structure the most and am incredibly sad it’s over!

SKY+ PLANNER

Law and Order: SVU s13, s15, s17 +s8*

I’ve barely had a chance to watch many episodes lately as the Sky+ planner is in the living room, where my parents hog the TV. I need them to go back to work so I can spend an entire week catching up; I’ve about four full series to get through! I think it’s about 80+ episodes to get through!

DISNEY+

9-1-1 s2*

I was trying to rush through series 2 as series 3 was going off Now TV. It’s now been added to Disney+ so I’ve got time! I like series 2 as Buck’s sister Maddie is introduced and her storylines really add to the show as well as Eddie and his son Christopher. The only issue I have with the show is that it’s very loud to watch!

Hannah Montana + Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert

I wanted something cheesy to watch one afternoon and this was my pick! I’m not even embarrassed to say that I saw this in the cinema 13 years ago as a 15-year-old and I still know every lyric! Sometimes you just need a Disney Channel film and a good old-fashioned singalong!

I definitely need to up my watchlist game for the rest of 2021. I’ve got so many shows and films to watch on various platforms; I might need to take a month off to get through them!

Have you seen anything on my list of what I’ve watched in March and April? Anyone else hooked on Line of Duty? Leave me a comment below or come and chat on Twitter or Instagram. I need to find a friend who’s as obsessed with TV as I am!
