I love watching TV! It’s probably sad to say but it’s one of my favourite hobbies. Sure, there are more meaningful things I could do with my time. However, I enjoy it and it keeps me entertained! With that being said, here’s a look at what I watched in June 2023.
CHICAGO PD S3-5
After finishing my Chicago Fire DVDs in May, I’ve been getting through Chicago PD next (before I move on to Med and Justice). What can I say? It’s my comfort show (along with Grey’s Anatomy) so I rewatch it almost every year. I’ve only got one episode of season 6 left too. Hopefully, I can catch up in real time and get season 10 off the Sky+ box soon! I’m not looking forward to seeing Halstead leave eventually though. He’s my one true love.
LAW & ORDER: SVU S12-14
These are some of my favourite seasons because I think Amaro and Rollins are great additions to the show. I do like Stabler but sometimes, he’s just too much. Also, I don’t like him for Benson either so I’m not thrilled about his reappearance! I’m mostly excited to keep watching because Barba is my favourite male character on the show. Plus Carisi will be on my screen too! I need to catch up with the latest season at some point too.
CHICAGO FIRE S11
Despite reading the spoilers, I was not prepared for the ending. If they kill off Mouch, I might actually stop watching. Hermann, Cruz, and Mouch are the best characters on the show now so they need to keep him around. If the actor wants to leave, I’m happy for him. He should just get to retire so he might pop up occasionally with his wife Trudy on PD. I don’t know what to do now I’m all caught up!
THE ROOKIE S5
Another cliffhanger ending! The season finale was a great episode. All of the lead characters had a storyline and were really involved! It’s taken me a while to warm to Aaron but I really like him on the show now. So again, please don’t kill him off! As long as they don’t mess with Chenford as a couple, I’ll stick around! I’m excited for season 6 so I need it to hurry up!
